Present worldwide, with several partners and e-commerce sites (Europe, Japan, United States, etc.), Petit Bateau is transforming its IT to provide a better customer experience. Cécile Ferrazzo, digital operations manager at Petit Bateau in charge of the e-commerce platform (webmaster, infrastructure and maintenance) remembers the genesis of this project: “A client had received a personalized letter offering a gift for her birthday.
